Our client experienced high turnover across the shared services function with the departure of three (3) Chief Financial Officers over a period of five years. There was disruption to the team, the board of directors and the owners of the business. This organisation entrusted ADAPT to work closely with the owners to ensure we conducted two exercises with them; reviewing the history of hiring and backgrounds of appointments and then unpacking what was critical for the newly appointed CFO for long term value to the group.
